The F150 DEC sees Yamaha’s premium Digital Electronic Control (DEC) technology, previously only seen on Yamaha’s big horsepower range, introduced to the popular 150 horsepower segment. This ‘fly-by-wire’ control delivers extremely smooth and precise throttle operation, for a more enjoyable and effortless boating experience.
The larger 2.8 litre displacement of the F150 DEC, delivers increased low and mid-range torque, helping to get up on the plane quicker and with lest effort. The F150 DEC is fully compatible with Yamaha’s new CL5 touchscreen multi-function gauge. This gauge is also NMEA2000 compliant, providing full connectivity to third party marine equipment.
The 150 horsepower is now available in both signature Yamaha grey and new pearlescent white colour options, in extra long shaft length only.
